These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Recycle Strong website and recycling services ("Services") provided by Recycle Strong, a licensed recycling and scrap metal facility located in Temecula, California. By using our website or visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Recycle Strong operates a licensed recycling and scrap metal facility in Temecula, California. Our services include:

• Purchase and redemption of recyclable materials including aluminum cans, plastic bottles, glass, and other accepted materials
• Scrap metal buying including copper, brass, steel, and other accepted metals
• California Redemption Value (CRV) buy-back redemption as authorized under the California Beverage Container Recycling Program (Public Resources Code §14500 et seq.)
• Informational website providing pricing, hours, and company information

3. Eligibility & In-Person Requirements

To conduct transactions at our facility, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Present a valid, government-issued photo ID as required by California Business & Professions Code §21625 et seq.
• Provide your thumbprint where required by California law for scrap metal transactions
• Comply with all applicable California regulations governing recycling and scrap metal transactions
• Certify, by tendering materials, that all items are legally owned by you or that you are duly authorized to sell them

We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected stolen goods, unsafe or prohibited materials, or failure to comply with state regulations. Refused transactions are not subject to appeal.

4. Pricing & Payment

Material prices fluctuate based on commodity market conditions. Any prices listed on our website or posted at our facility are provided for general reference only and are subject to change without notice.

• Prices are determined at the time of your in-person transaction, not at the time you view our website
• CRV redemption amounts are set by the State of California and are subject to change by state authority
• We are not obligated to honor prices shown on our website if they differ from current posted rates at our facility
• Minimum transaction weights and material quality requirements may apply
• Payment is issued at the time of transaction at our facility

5. Prohibited Materials

We do not accept and you may not bring to our facility any materials that are:

• Stolen or illegally obtained — in violation of California Penal Code §496 and related statutes
• Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, or biologically contaminated waste
• Unexploded ordnance, ammunition, or military materials of any kind
• Utility property including transformers, electrical meters, manhole covers, or street signs unless you are a licensed contractor with documented authorization
• Catalytic converters without verifiable proof of ownership per California Vehicle Code §10853 and Senate Bill 54 (2022)
• Any material we are not licensed to purchase or process

Knowingly bringing stolen materials to our facility is a crime under California law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and are required to report suspicious transactions.

6. California Scrap Metal Dealer Compliance

Recycle Strong operates in compliance with California Business & Professions Code §21625 et seq. governing junk dealers and recyclers. In accordance with state law, we:

• Record transaction details and seller identification for all regulated purchases
• Retain transaction records for the period required by law
• Submit required reports to local law enforcement
• Observe mandatory holding periods before processing certain materials where required

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy website content without our express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive materials
• Use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any communications with us

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Recycle Strong or its licensors and is protected under applicable United States copyright and trademark laws.
